Whenever I have phoned or asked the pharmacist for advice, I have been listened to patiently; have been asked relevant questions; and been treated with professionalism, friendliness and, most importantly, good advice. The staff at the pharmacy have always been friendly and professional. They suggested that I sign up to get a text message to inform me when my prescription is ready for collection. This is very useful. A phone call is all that was needed to have my prescription delivered when I was too sick to collect it myself.I cannot praise the pharmacists and the staff enough for the service they provide. Thank you.
I visit this pharmacy on a weekly basis to collect repeat perscriptions out of choice. This is not My most local but i find the staff to be much more helpful freindly and approachable than the alternatives, alot the so far have been 100% reliable when it come to the medications required.
1 stare because they are very slow at serving and 9 out of 10 times get your prescription late making you go back again. They also have very low stocks of everything on the shelf. Most of the time you will be asked to come back the following day for your item. It's just poor in all possible ways.
