Good food well price ex
Ordered from golden bamboo and the food came an hour and a half after ordering!Started eating chicken satay and swallowed it and pulled the next part apart and the chicken was raw!! Phoned them to complain and they said they can give a 20% discount on our next order, I told them we wouldnt be ordering from them again and that I wanted the full refund back and they got stroppy on the phone saying they will send money through the post, I explained I wasnt living at the address the food was delivered to and they said we are too busy to deal with this now and they will call me back, still no phone call, the customer service is shocking the people are rude, do not order from this takeaway ever! This is a serious issue and they should be able to take criticism and not shout at there customers and then put the phone down ! Environmental health will be informed about this. Not happy at all ! Eventually ended up calling them back to discuss it further and was told by the delivery man that we had to contact just eat to get a refund and to take the complaint further.the only good point I have to make was the delivery man and the just eat complaints team was really helpful.
Really decent food. And they deliver to the forest holidays cabins as a bonus
